and we became the house’s new humans in 2023.

Originally from Santa Barbara and San Diego, respectively, we gravitate to places known for their exceptional architecture and beautiful homes. A transformative visit to Pasadena’s famed Gamble House convinced us that the Craftsman was our idea of a good time, and once we discovered this house in 2023, we knew it was The One.

We plan to continue the great preservation work of its previous owners, slowly working to modernize the parts that need it without losing what makes it so magical, ensuring the home’s survival into its second century and beyond. Current projects include turf replacement, backyard landscaping, foundation repair, and a new HVAC system. 

We feel pretty lucky to be the stewards of this complex and beautiful treasure, and we love sharing its magic with everyone we meet.
