The Ordway House is new to Los Angeles’ considerable stable of film-friendly homes. It has never before been featured in a contemporary television or film production, making it an excellent choice for those desiring a property previously unseen by today’s audiences. 

It is and remains a restoration project, with very few interior adjustments that look out-of-place with the home’s original Craftsman features and character, making it an excellent candidate for projects of the time period of 1900 - 1925 and beyond. It retains 90% of its original finishings and details, such as window casements and sashes, window and door hardware, cabinetry and woodwork. Light fixtures are mostly contemporary reproductions or period replacements. The interior is surprisingly light and bright for a home of the era,  Further, there are no plans to make any hasty, trendy “upgrades” or “modernizations” that would distract from its classic appeal.
